Join United-City Solidarity Companiesa subsidiary of the Unis-Cité* association which organizes solidarity events for businesses.

You are integrated into the team in charge of solidarity days (about ten people). These days consist of mobilizing company employees, for a day or half a day, to carry out a concrete mission within an association (painting site, eco-construction of furniture, sports Olympics, rallies cultural, etc.)

The projects can concern disability, the fight against exclusion, professional integration, childhood in difficulty, the environment, etc.

As part of a replacement, United-City Solidarity Companies is recruiting an F/M Logistics and Project Manager on a fixed-term contract, for a period of one year in the events department, under the authority of the Director of Operations.

ASSIGNMENTS

You will work in close collaboration with the whole team on the following two axes:

• Logistics :
  • Definition of a process for using stock (and safety rules) and coordination with the order software
  • Benchmark of service providers, identification of service providers for all orders
  • Orders and purchases
  • Supervision and control of all receipts and issues of goods and materials: storage, verification and recording
  • Cardboard making
  • Deliveries and removal of material and delivery planning
  • Inventory
  • Stock storage
  • Development of the functionalities of the control software, in particular setting up the scanner (product identification + coding + monitoring process)
  • Follow-up of group purchase invoices

• Project management :
  • Search for suitable field projects with local associations
  • Management of relations with associations and partner companies, often with the Senior Project Manager in charge of customer follow-up, to organize each day (relationship, compliance with specifications, planning, budget management, setting up projects …)
  • Logistical preparation of each day (management of equipment and budget, management of transport and catering, preparation of equipment, etc.)
  • Coordination of the animation and supervision of the projects during each solidarity day
  • Coordination of the reports of each Solidarity Day with the associations concerned and the companies involved

• 12-month full-time fixed-term contract – taking office on Monday, September 2, 2019
• Prospects for possible development at the end of the mission
• Position based in Paris 18^th – Many trips in Ile de France with service van
• Remuneration: 2200€ gross / month
