Job Description

Under the supervision of your hierarchy, your mission will be to inform, assist and guide customers and then pass on to your hierarchy all the necessary information from customers. To do this, your main activities will be:
-Ensure telephone support for the customer by providing them with information on products and services, and, where applicable, the necessary technical information;
-Record and process customer complaints to the extent possible or, if necessary, refer to their hierarchy or the appropriate department;
-Build customer loyalty through availability and the desire to serve them by giving them reliable, precise and concise information within the required time frame;
-Report any disruption or anomaly that may prevent the achievement of objectives;
-Respect the code of good conduct of the call center;

Job profile

Holder of a BAC+2/3 in Commercial Management, Marketing, Communication or any other equivalent diploma, you are young with more or less first experience as an intern, You feel capable of: participating in the implementation of innovative projects, you have an excellent customer approach, good listening skills and interpersonal skills. You are organized, reactive, methodical and discreet.
NB: A first experience of at least 6 months in a position related to customer management, preferably in a call center, would be an asset.
