Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Manager, your main tasks will be:
Participation in the management of cost accounting, general
The establishment of preparatory statements for budget monitoring, and reporting
The implementation of control and monitoring tools
Participation in the day-to-day management of the financial unit
The establishment of certain taxes
Maintaining cash accounts, bank reconciliations
Supplier accounting: Checking and recording invoices, issuing regulations, managing vouchers, monitoring reminders, monitoring guarantees
Accounts receivable: Registration of customer orders and invoices – Expense notes: Control and entry of expense notes
Profile :
You are autonomous, rigorous, efficient, have a spirit of synthesis, a team spirit. you master the Office package: in particular Excel,
You have a baccalaureate +3/5 in accounting, finance and an experience of 2 to 5 years in a similar position
